Camp Declan is designed for fun and built with small groups and families in mind. It has many indoor and outdoor elements that combine to form a unique and rustic waterfront vacation rental in a private environment.

First, it is a six-acre hardwood forest with 400’ of private shoreline on an all-purpose, fresh-water lake. The forest-filtered air is clean, the night sky is free of any light pollution, and Florida's wildlife teems around you. Houses are across the lake but you cannot see them. Did we mention that it’s private?

Second, guests get exclusive use of three buildings: Cabin, Cabana, and Bunkhouse, each with a bathroom. The Cabin offers bedding for six and the Cabana serves as an outdoor kitchen/bar and social hangout area. The Bunkhouse offers bedding for 12, so Camp Declan accommodates 18 overnight guests comfortably. Slightly larger groups may be accommodated with a little ingenuity. Third, the layout of the property is such that the lake, large floating dock, and raft are the stars of the show. Whether you’re fishing, playing volleyball, badminton, or horseshoes, sitting around the fire pit, or canoeing, the sum of its parts makes it a wonderful private indoor/outdoor lodging and recreation space for fishing, swimming, boating, grilling, and much more...
